  2. What are the Drop-Off days and times?
Drop offs will take place on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays between October 26th and November 20th between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. You MUST schedule a drop-off time with our Director of Volunteer and Community Engagement, Marci Fitch, at marci@lighthousemi.org.
  3. Where will Drop-Offs be this year?
This year, we will be collecting food items at our warehouse in Waterford.

  4. Are there any specific requirements for drop-offs?
Schedule: Please make sure to schedule your drop-off with Marci Fitch at marci@lighthousemi.org.
Sort: Since we are limited on staff and volunteers this year, please pre-sort your donation into like items if possible. This will help our staff tremendously!
Packing of Donated Items: You can bring food items in bags, boxes, or other containers.
Parking: Park in front of the large dock door in the front of the building. Do not exit your vehicle. A staff member on site will greet you.
  5. What is the maximum number of people that can be in attendance at a drop-off?
Please work with our team on this while scheduling your drop-off. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we want to ensure the safety of all donors, as well as our staff and volunteers. If it will be a large donation, we encourage you to bring your own volunteers to help. If you cannot bring volunteers, staff and on-site volunteers will bring in your donated food and you can remain in your vehicle.
  6. Are volunteers needed to help sort donations?
